Hydraulic‑system Vee‑packing (chevron packing) sets are multi‑stack modular reciprocating sealing assemblies, composed of male adapter, multiple fabric‑reinforced V‑rings and female adapter. Manufactured by compression vulcanization, main materials include fabric‑reinforced NBR, FKM and PTFE composite. Featuring pressure‑energized self‑sealing effect; sealing lip expands tightly against shaft or bore as system pressure rises, capable of enduring ultra‑high pressure up to 70MPa. Multi‑stage pressure‑drop structure tolerates shaft eccentricity and radial run‑out. Wear can be compensated by adjusting gland pre‑tightening force without full replacement. They provide reliable bidirectional sealing for mineral hydraulic oil, grease and partial corrosive fluid. Widely adopted for heavy‑duty hydraulic cylinders, high‑pressure valve stems, presses, metallurgical and mining machinery. Standard dimension sets with 3‑5 stacked V‑rings are kept in stock. Custom inner‑outer size, V‑ring quantity, material formula and OEM marking are supported per drawings or samples for heavy‑load hydraulic‑equipment maintenance and new‑build projects.
