TC double‑lip skeleton oil seals are radial rotary‑shaft dynamic sealing components. Produced by compression vulcanization, they adopt NBR nitrile rubber or high‑temperature silicone rubber, built‑in metal shell and garter spring. The primary sealing lip maintains stable pre‑tension against rotating shafts to retain internal lubricant; the secondary dust‑proof lip blocks dirt, mud and moisture ingress. Featuring good oil‑resistance, wear‑resistance and anti‑aging performance, they work reliably under medium‑speed rotary conditions to protect bearings and extend equipment service life. Compliant with ISO6194 and DIN3760 standards for good interchangeability. Widely used for automotive axles, gearboxes, engineering machinery, agricultural equipment and general‑industrial rotating‑shaft assemblies. Multiple standard sizes are in stock.
