DH‑type hydraulic dust seals are polyurethane wiper components installed in hydraulic cylinder end caps for piston‑rod dust prevention. Produced by PU injection molding with high‑wear‑resistant polyurethane as main raw material. The sharp wiping lip effectively scrapes off sand, mud, dust and moisture on reciprocating piston‑rod surface, blocking external contaminants entering inside hydraulic cylinder and protecting inner main sealing elements. Operating temperature‑20℃‑100℃, suitable for medium‑speed reciprocating hydraulic conditions. Widely applied for construction machinery, excavators, forklifts and general‑industrial hydraulic cylinders. Standard DH series sizes are in stock. Custom dimension, Shore‑A hardness and OEM marking are supported according to drawings or samples, serving for hydraulic equipment assembly and aftermarket replacement to reduce cylinder wear and oil‑leak failure.
