PTFE sealing rings for pneumatic components are high‑performance polymer sealing and wear‑resistant parts for air cylinders and pneumatic valves. Manufactured by sintering moulding and precision CNC turning, available in virgin PTFE or filled‑PTFE modified with carbon, graphite and glass fiber. Featuring self‑lubricating property, ultra‑low friction coefficient, outstanding chemical corrosion resistance and wide working temperature‑200℃‑260℃. These PTFE rings cover piston sealing rings, backup anti‑extrusion rings and wear bands. They eliminate stick‑slip during high‑frequency reciprocating motion of pneumatic actuators, maintain stable air‑tightness and protect rubber elastic elements from extrusion damage. Suitable for dry‑running and low‑lubrication pneumatic working‑conditions. Widely used in standard air cylinders, rotary pneumatic valves, automated‑equipment pneumatic modules. Standard sizes matching international pneumatic groove specifications are in stock. Custom inner‑outer dimension, cross‑section, filler formula and OEM marking are supported per customer drawings or samples for pneumatic‑equipment assembly and aftermarket replacement.
