GSJ PTFE step rod seals are single‑acting combined hydraulic rod seals consisting of bronze‑filled PTFE step slip ring and elastic O‑ring energizer. Manufactured by precision turning and vulcanization, PTFE slip ring provides low‑friction main sealing surface; NBR or FKM O‑ring offers sustained pre‑load force and compensates for PTFE ring wear during reciprocating movement. Featuring ultra‑low friction, no stick‑slip effect, high‑pressure resistance and outstanding anti‑extrusion performance. Working pressure reaches up to 60 MPa, reciprocating speed ≤5 m/s, temperature‑35℃‑200℃ depending on O‑ring material. Suitable for mineral hydraulic oil, flame‑retardant fluid, water and gas medium. Follow ISO7425‑2 standard groove dimensions. Widely used for piston rods of engineering hydraulic cylinders, injection molding machines, oil‑presses and metallurgical equipment. Standard sizes are in stock. Custom inner‑outer diameter, PTFE filler formula, O‑ring material and OEM marking are supported according to drawings or samples for heavy‑duty hydraulic system requirements。
