Product Introduction
These PTFE / PFA encapsulated O‑rings are high‑performance composite sealing parts. It adopts seamless PTFE or PFA outer jacket, paired with elastic inner core of silicone or FKM. It perfectly combines rubber core’s compression resilience and PTFE/PFA’s excellent chemical inertness, low‑friction surface property. PFA jacket supports higher continuous working temperature up to 260℃, resisting most acids, alkalis, solvents and corrosive media. Low friction coefficient, non‑contamination, good compression recovery for reliable static anti‑leak sealing performance.
Mainly used for chemical equipment, pharmaceutical machinery, food processing devices, semiconductor facilities, corrosive medium pipelines and valve static sealing. Standard AS568 sizes available.
