High‑performance NBR dust wiper seals are lip‑type scraper sealing elements installed in hydraulic cylinder end‑caps for piston‑rod protection. Produced by precision compression vulcanization from oil‑resistant nitrile butadiene rubber. The sharp scraping lip efficiently removes sand, mud, metal shavings and outdoor contaminants from reciprocating piston‑rod surfaces, preventing foreign particles entering hydraulic cylinder interior and safeguarding inner main sealing sets. Featuring good oil‑resistance, anti‑aging and flexible resilience. Operating temperature ranges‑30℃‑110℃, suitable for medium‑speed reciprocating hydraulic applications. Widely used in excavators, loaders, forklifts and general‑industrial hydraulic cylinders. Standard metric sizes are in stock.
