Fabric‑reinforced composite rubber seals are multi‑material V‑type packing assemblies constructed of NBR, FKM, nylon reinforcing fabric and PTFE layers. Produced by vulcanization and composite laminating processes, they combine elastic rubber substrate, high‑strength nylon fabric reinforcement and low‑friction PTFE surface layer. Core strengths include high tensile strength, burst‑resistance, outstanding chemical resistance and low‑friction performance. Nylon fabric improves structural stability and anti‑deformation capacity under fluctuating high pressure; rubber provides elastic sealing force while PTFE layer enhances corrosion‑resistance and cuts friction loss. It delivers reliable static and reciprocating dynamic sealing under harsh cyclic‑pressure conditions. Widely used for hydraulic cylinders, valves, pumps and pressure‑control equipment in mining, metallurgy and general‑industry machinery. Multiple standard specifications are in stock.
