Product Introduction
Industrial PTFE composite diaphragms are flexible barrier sealing components combining PTFE facing layer and elastic rubber backing layer. Manufactured by surface activation bonding and hot‑press compounding; medium‑contact side adopts virgin PTFE with outstanding chemical inertness; backing substrate selects NBR, EPDM or FKM rubber to provide good flex‑fatigue resistance and elastic restoring force. They resist most strong acids, alkalis and organic solvents, operating temperature‑200℃~260℃. The composite structure overcomes poor flexibility of pure‑PTFE sheet, enduring millions of reciprocating flex cycles without cracking. It isolates corrosive process medium from driving air‑chamber, preventing cross‑contamination and medium leakage. Widely used for air‑operated diaphragm pumps, solenoid valves, regulating valves in chemical, pharmaceutical, wastewater‑treatment and fine‑chemical industries. Multiple standard sizes for mainstream pump‑valve brands are kept in stock. Custom diameter, thickness, bolt‑hole layout and OEM marking are supported according to customer drawings or samples for corrosive‑fluid process equipment.
