High‑temperature silicone sealing bushes are cylindrical elastic sealing and shock‑absorbing components manufactured by precision compression‑molded vulcanization of high‑performance silicone rubber. Working temperature ranges from‑60 ℃ to 250 ℃, featuring excellent heat‑resistance, ozone‑resistance, UV‑aging resistance and reliable electrical insulation performance. With low compression‑set and good resilience, these silicone bushes achieve radial sealing by compression fit, blocking dust, moisture and hot‑gas penetration, while absorbing vibration and reducing mechanical noise. Food‑grade silicone options are available complying with FDA and LFGB standards. They can be designed as shaft‑sleeve, cable‑grommet or flanged‑bush structures for static or slight‑swing working conditions. Widely applied for industrial high‑temperature equipment, automotive engine compartments, electrical cabinets, food machinery and pipeline‑pass‑through assemblies. Multiple standard inner‑outer‑diameter sizes are in stock.
