Custom‑made oil‑resistant mechanical seals are tailor‑built shaft end‑face sealing assemblies for oil‑medium working conditions. Produced by precision CNC machining and component assembly. Seal faces adopt carbon‑graphite, silicon carbide or tungsten‑carbide; secondary sealing elements select oil‑resistant NBR, HNBR or FKM fluororubber. Metal parts such as springs and retainers are SS304 / SS316 stainless steel. Optimized spring preload structure maintains stable fitting between rotating‑stationary faces under oily medium, effectively preventing hydraulic oil, gear‑oil and lubricant leakage. With good wear‑resistance, pressure‑resistance and temperature‑resistance, these customized mechanical seals adapt to complex non‑standard installation dimensions for pumps, reducers, gearboxes and special‑purpose industrial equipment. Standard shaft‑diameter specifications are in stock.
