Hydraulic breaker hammer seal kits are integrated repair assemblies for rock‑breaking hydraulic cylinders, including PU USH/DHS wiper seals, polyurethane sealing elements and rubber O‑rings. Manufactured by PU injection moulding, rubber compression vulcanization and manual assembly. High‑grade polyurethane delivers excellent wear‑resistance, tear‑strength and impact‑resistance; matched with NBR O‑rings for auxiliary sealing. DHS double‑lip wiper seals remove sand, rock dust and debris from piston rods; USH seals prevent hydraulic‑oil leakage. Operating temperature‑20℃‑100℃, adapted for heavy‑impact, high‑pressure reciprocating working‑conditions. Widely used for excavator‑mounted hydraulic breakers in mining, demolition and road‑reconstruction projects. Complete kits for mainstream breaker models are in stock. Custom dimension, hardness and OEM packing are supported per drawings or equipment model numbers for machinery overhaul and aftermarket replacement projects.
