2.How can I get the exact price for the products I want?
Our price is determined by product type, material, quantity, size and color. The more details you provide, the more accurate our quotation will be. Of course, if you are unsure about some specifications, just let us know and we will offer you optional lists.
3.Can you offer free samples?
Yes. We can provide free samples if the items are in stock, you only need to cover the freight cost.
4.How long will it take me to receive the samples?
For in‑stock samples, we will ship out within 2 working days after receiving your courier account or freight payment. If samples need custom production, it takes 5‑7 days. We can also shorten the lead time for urgent requests.
5.How will the goods be delivered to me?
Samples and small‑batch orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT. For mass production, air freight or sea freight is available. We also provide LCL (Less than Container Load) service.
6.What are your payment terms?
Normally 30% deposit, and the balance shall be paid before shipment.
