OEM‑replacement M7N mechanical seals are single‑end unbalanced pusher‑type shaft sealing assemblies widely used for industrial centrifugal pumps. Manufactured by precision machining, the rotating and stationary seal faces are optional carbon‑graphite, silicon carbide or tungsten carbide. Auxiliary secondary seals adopt NBR, EPDM or FKM rubber; springs and metal components are made of SS304 / SS316 stainless steel. Multi‑spring rotating structure works independent of rotation direction, offering uniform spring preload to maintain tight contact between seal faces. It delivers stable sealing performance under pressure up to 2.5MPa, temperature ranging from ‑50℃ to 220℃ and sliding velocity up to 20m/s. Good interchangeability for original M7N series, directly drop‑in replacement without pump modification. Widely applied in water‑treatment pumps, chemical pumps, sewage pumps and petroleum‑process equipment. Multiple standard shaft‑diameter sizes are in stock. Custom material combinations, shaft dimensions and OEM marking are supported per drawings or samples.
