This hot-selling rubber U-sealing ring features a unique symmetrical U-shaped lip structure, adopting pressure self-tightening sealing principle. The higher the hydraulic pressure, the tighter the sealing lips fit sliding surfaces, delivering reliable leak-proof performance for medium and high-pressure reciprocating motion, with automatic wear compensation for extended service life. Produced via precision vulcanization molding, multiple material options are available: cost-effective oil-resistant NBR, weather-proof EPDM, high-temperature chemical-resistant FKM, and high-wear PU polyurethane, hardness adjustable 70–95 Shore A, working temperature ranging from -40℃ to 200℃. It can be used as rod seal, piston seal or universal hole-shaft seal; matched with PTFE back-up rings to resist extrusion under heavy pressure up to 40MPa. Widely applied to BLT hydraulic pile drivers, excavator cylinders, auto hydraulic systems, injection molding machines and general hydraulic equipment.
