Shipping‑container door rubber gaskets are extruded weather‑proof sealing strips specially for ISO standard shipping container door frames. Manufactured by extrusion microwave vulcanization, mainly made of high‑quality EPDM rubber, CR neoprene and optional PVC composite profiles. Available cross‑section profiles include J‑type, C‑type, H‑type and JC combined shapes, complying with GB/T15846‑2006 container gasket standard. Featuring excellent UV‑ray, ozone and salt‑spray aging resistance, low compression‑set and stable resilience. Operating temperature ranges from‑40℃ to 120℃. When container doors are closed, compressed gaskets form tight weather‑tight barrier, blocking rainwater, dust, moisture and pest intrusion to protect cargo inside containers. Widely applicable for 20ft,40ft dry cargo containers, high‑cube containers and refrigerated reefer containers. Complete pre‑cut gasket sets for standard container sizes are in stock. Custom cross‑section shape, length, hardness, color and OEM marking are supported according to customer drawings or samples for container manufacturing and container aftermarket replacement projects.
