NBR rubber V‑shape rings (V‑ring seals) are all‑rubber axial rotating‑shaft auxiliary sealing components. Produced by compression vulcanization from nitrile butadiene rubber. They fit tightly onto rotating shafts and spin together with the shaft; the flexible conical lip presses against a perpendicular end‑face to achieve axial sealing. Featuring good oil‑resistance, wear‑resistance and low‑temperature flexibility, operating temperature‑30℃‑100℃. It tolerates shaft misalignment, eccentricity and small‑amplitude axial displacement. Main functions include blocking dust, mud, splash‑water and grit ingress into bearing chambers, meanwhile preventing grease and lubricant leakage. Frequently used as back‑up secondary seal behind skeleton oil seals for heavily polluted working conditions. Standard series include VA, VB, VC, VS for broad shaft‑diameter range. Widely applied for gearboxes, motors, pumps, agricultural machinery and construction‑equipment bearing assemblies. Mass standard sizes are kept in stock. Custom material upgrade to FKM, special inner‑outer dimension, hardness and OEM marking are supported according to drawings or samples.
