TC‑type Wheel Hub Oil Seal is a heavy‑duty double‑lip skeleton rotary shaft seal for automotive hub assemblies. Constructed via compression vulcanization, it features full rubber‑coated metal skeleton plus a garter spring, delivering stable radial pre‑tension for dynamic shaft sealing. Available elastomer materials include oil‑resistant NBR and temperature‑tolerant silicone rubber. Its dual‑lip structure serves two key functions: the main sealing lip prevents grease leakage, while the dust‑proof secondary lip blocks mud, dust and moisture ingress to protect hub bearings. It performs reliably under harsh on‑vehicle operating conditions and extends component service life. Suitable for passenger cars, trucks, light‑duty vehicles and engineering machinery wheel hubs.
