Fabric‑reinforced rubber Vee‑packing sets are multi‑lip chevron‑style composite sealing assemblies for heavy‑duty high‑pressure reciprocating motion. Manufactured by compression vulcanization with textile fabric embedded into rubber matrix. Available rubber compounds include NBR, FKM, EPDM and HNBR, reinforced by polyester or cotton fabric layers. A complete set consists of male adaptor, female adaptor and multiple stacked V‑rings. It features self‑energizing sealing effect: higher system pressure creates tighter lip contact. Good extrusion‑resistance, wear‑resistance and dimensional stability, working temperature‑30℃‑120℃, withstand pressure up to 60MPa. Suitable for rod‑side reciprocating sealing for hydraulic cylinders, plunger pumps and valves. Widely adopted in metallurgy, mining, heavy‑machinery and oil‑hydraulic equipment. Standard metric and inch sizes are in stock.
