PTFE O‑rings and matched mechanical seals are high‑performance sealing sets for harsh chemical and high‑temperature working‑conditions. PTFE O‑rings are manufactured by precision turning or mould‑sintering; available in virgin PTFE or filled‑PTFE grades with carbon‑fiber, glass‑fiber and graphite fillers. Featuring extreme chemical inertness, ultra‑low friction and wide operating temperature‑200℃‑260℃. They are often used as secondary sealing elements fitted inside mechanical seal assemblies. Corresponding mechanical seals adopt optional carbon‑graphite, silicon‑carbide seal faces, SS304/SS316 metal hardware and elastomer auxiliary parts. The combined set effectively resists strong acid, alkali and organic‑solvent erosion, preventing medium leakage for rotary‑shaft equipment. Widely applied in chemical pumps, corrosion‑resistant centrifugal pumps, reaction‑kettles and valve devices for chemical, pharmaceutical and new‑energy industries. Standard dimension combinations are kept in stock. Custom PTFE filler formula, mechanical‑seal structure, shaft‑diameter and OEM marking are supported per customer drawings or samples for corrosive‑media process equipment.
