CS‑type PTFE dust‑proof sealing parts are composite wiper assemblies for hydraulic cylinder piston rods. It consists of filled‑PTFE wiping ring and elastic O‑ring energizer. Manufactured by PTFE sintering and CNC turning, matched with vulcanized NBR or FKM rubber O‑ring for pre‑load. PTFE material can be modified with carbon, graphite or bronze powder to improve wear‑resistance. Featuring ultra‑low friction coefficient, no stick‑slip effect, excellent dust‑scraping performance and wide operating temperature‑50℃‑220℃. The PTFE wiper lip scrapes dust, mud and grit off reciprocating piston rods, preventing external contaminants entering hydraulic system and protecting inner main seals. Widely applied in engineering machinery, mining equipment, metallurgical hydraulic cylinders and heavy‑duty hydraulic devices. Standard sizes for common hydraulic grooves are in stock. Custom dimension, PTFE filler formula, O‑ring material and OEM marking are supported per drawings or samples for hydraulic‑equipment assembly and aftermarket replacement projects.
