Oil‑resistant PU / TPU hydraulic U‑cup seals are heavy‑duty reciprocating sealing elements for hydraulic cylinders, available in UN, UHS and UNS series profiles. Produced by injection and compression molding from polyester‑or polyether‑based thermoplastic polyurethane. Featuring outstanding abrasion‑resistance, high tensile‑tear strength and excellent anti‑extrusion performance, far superior to ordinary rubber seals. They show good compatibility with mineral hydraulic oil and lubricating grease, working pressure up to 40MPa, working temperature‑40℃~110℃. Polyether‑type TPU provides extra hydrolysis‑resistance for humid working conditions. These U‑shaped seals can be used as rod‑side or piston‑side seals, maintaining stable sealing preload during reciprocating movement to prevent hydraulic‑medium leakage. Widely applied for construction‑machinery cylinders, forklifts, injection‑molding‑machines, presses and general‑industrial hydraulic equipment.
