JO‑type Wilson vacuum rubber seal rings are spring‑loaded rotary‑shaft vacuum sealing components complying with JB/T1091 standard. Produced by precision compression vulcanization, available rubber materials include NBR, FKM and silicone rubber. Built‑in stainless‑steel garter spring offers lasting clamping force on rotating shafts. Relying on atmospheric pressure, the flanged lip closely fits shaft surface to realize reliable vacuum‑tight sealing. It adapts to shaft linear speed below 15 m/s and rotating speed under 3500 r/min, operating temperature‑30℃‑250℃. It stops vacuum leakage and prevents oil‑vapor escaping from vacuum‑pump chambers. Widely applied for oil‑sealed mechanical vacuum pumps, vacuum furnaces, roots blowers and other vacuum‑processing equipment. Standard shaft‑diameter sizes ranging from 6 mm‑200 mm are kept in stock.
