Hydraulic cylinder phenolic fabric resin wear rings are high‑load composite guiding support elements for piston and piston‑rod assemblies. Manufactured by hot‑press compounding of fabric impregnated with phenolic resin. Featuring high radial load‑bearing capacity, low friction coefficient, excellent wear‑resistance and anti‑extrusion performance. Operating temperature ranges‑60℃‑200℃, compatible with mineral hydraulic oil and most hydraulic fluids. This wear ring guides moving parts, absorbs radial forces, avoids metal‑to‑metal contact between piston and cylinder tube, protecting cylinder components. Widely used for heavy‑duty hydraulic cylinders of excavators, cranes and engineering machinery. Standard WR‑series metric sizes are in stock. Custom inner‑outer diameter, width and OEM marking are supported per drawings or samples for cylinder assembly and aftermarket replacement projects.
