JO‑type Wilson vacuum rubber seal rings are spring‑loaded rotary shaft vacuum sealing components complying with JB/T1091 standard. Manufactured by precision compression vulcanization, available in NBR, FKM, silicone rubber materials. Built‑in garter spring maintains stable lip clamping force on rotating shafts. Under external atmospheric pressure, the flanged lip closely fits the shaft surface to achieve reliable vacuum‑tight sealing. Suitable for rotary shaft line speed below 15 m/s and rotating speed under 3500 r/min, operating temperature‑30℃‑250℃. It prevents vacuum leakage and blocks oil vapour escaping from vacuum‑pump chambers. Widely applied for oil‑sealed mechanical vacuum pumps, vacuum furnaces, screw blowers and other vacuum‑processing equipment. Standard shaft‑diameter sizes from 6 mm‑200 mm are kept in stock. Custom inner‑outer dimension, rubber hardness, material compound and OEM marking are supported per drawings or samples for vacuum‑equipment assembly and aftermarket replacement projects.
