The phenolic fabric guide ring, also known as phenolic resin wear ring or PTFE copper-filled guide ring, is a high-performance wear-resistant support seal designed for hydraulic and mechanical rotating systems. Manufactured by Youqi brand from Shanghai, China, this guide ring adopts high-strength phenolic fabric and resin composite material, optional with PTFE and copper filling treatment to achieve ultra-low friction, excellent wear resistance and high structural stability.
The product features wide temperature adaptability ranging from -35°C to 280°C, stable hardness of 30-90 Shore, outstanding ozone resistance, erosion resistance and excellent electrical insulation performance. It effectively supports and guides hydraulic cylinder pistons and piston rods, avoids direct metal-to-metal friction, reduces operating noise and prolongs the service life of hydraulic components.
