Full‑range JO‑type Wilson vacuum rubber seal rings are spring‑loaded rotary‑shaft vacuum sealing components complying with JB/T1091 standard. Produced by precision compression vulcanization, available rubber grades include NBR, FKM and silicone rubber, fitted with built‑in stainless‑steel garter spring for stable shaft clamping force. Relying on atmospheric pressure, the flanged sealing lip closely fits rotating shaft surface to realize reliable vacuum‑tight performance. It suits shaft linear speed ≤15 m/s and rotational speed ≤3500 r/min, operating temperature‑30℃‑250℃. It prevents vacuum leakage and restrains oil‑vapor escape from pump chambers. A complete size portfolio covers shaft diameter 6 mm‑200 mm for oil‑sealed vacuum pumps, vacuum furnaces and roots blowers. Mass standard‑size stocks are readily available.
