Air‑compressor shaft oil seals are stainless‑steel‑cased PTFE lip rotary shaft seals specially for screw air compressors. Produced by precision turning process; outer housing adopts anti‑corrosion SS304 stainless steel, sealing lip is modified filled‑PTFE material, available in single‑lip, double‑lip and spiral‑lip options. Featuring ultra‑low friction, self‑lubricating performance, great chemical inertness and wide operating temperature from‑60℃ up to 260℃. It adapts to high peripheral speed up to 45 m/s, works reliably under high‑temperature, little‑oil or intermittent dry‑running conditions where ordinary rubber oil seals fail. The lip closely fits the rotating main shaft to retain compressor lubricant oil and block dust, moisture and particle contaminants. Compatible with many mainstream screw‑compressor brands for aftermarket replacement. Multiple common shaft‑diameter specifications are kept in stock. Custom dimension, lip‑structure, PTFE filler formula and OEM marking are supported according to customer drawings or samples.
