Spring‑energized pan‑plug seals are high‑performance composite sealing assemblies consisting of PTFE jacket and embedded metal spring, manufactured by precision CNC machining without moulds. Sealing jacket adopts virgin or filled‑PTFE, also optional PEEK, UPE; internal springs include 304/316 stainless steel and Elgiloy alloy for different service conditions. The metal spring provides persistent pre‑load force for zero‑pressure sealing; system hydraulic pressure further energizes sealing lip for self‑energized sealing effect. Featuring ultra‑low friction, outstanding chemical inertness, wide operating temperature‑200℃‑260℃, tolerates vacuum up to ultra‑high pressure. It works reliably under dry‑running, low‑lubrication and corrosive‑medium conditions for static, reciprocating, rotary and swing motions. Widely applied in chemical pumps, valves, pharmaceutical equipment, semiconductor vacuum devices, hydraulic and aerospace‑related assemblies. Standard sizes are in stock. Custom dimension, PTFE filler formula, spring grade and OEM marking are supported per drawings or samples for harsh‑condition sealing projects.
