MG12 rubber‑bellows mechanical seals are single‑end unbalanced single‑spring shaft sealing assemblies with rotation‑independent performance. Produced by precision machining and assembly; seal faces are optional carbon‑graphite, silicon carbide or tungsten carbide. The integrated rubber bellows, available in NBR, EPDM and FKM, serves both as secondary seal and torque‑driving component; metal spring and hardware adopt SS304 / SS316 stainless steel. The flexible bellows compensates shaft radial run‑out and axial displacement, maintaining stable face contact under working pressure. It works under pressure up to 1.2MPa, temperature‑20℃‑120℃, with maximum sliding velocity of 10 m/s. Tolerates medium containing tiny solid particles. Widely interchangeable for centrifugal water pumps, pipeline pumps, submersible motors and sewage pumps used in water‑supply, wastewater‑treatment and general‑chemical industries. Shaft‑diameter sizes ranging 10‑110 mm are in stock. Custom friction‑pair material, elastomer grade and OEM marking are supported per drawings or samples for pump aftermarket replacement.
